Shipping and Delivery Fees
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and United Sates of America.
When you place an order within Australia, you will receive free postage on all products.
When you place an order internationally, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Jennifer Cahill T/AS Inspired Clarity use Australia Post™ for all deliveries in Australia and Internationally.
All shipping costs are in Australian Dollars.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding Australian Public Holidays) from 7am - 3.30pm AEST.
Please note that some products may take between 14 - 30 days to be posted to you and you will be kept up to date with tracking information. This will be noted in the product information section for you.
A tracking advice will be sent to your e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to e-mail / phone calls from our customer care team.
In the event a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to massive influx of orders in a short amount of time. If there has been a recent promotion there is a chance that your order may be delayed.
Orders over $100 for delivery within Australia will be free of charge.
